Messaging channels

Telegram

A Telegram bot for your team today; your own customer inbox from a second bot is next.

01What it does

Alerts for your team, a bot for your customers

Your team links their Telegram account and gets hand-off alerts, and can talk to the assistant from the chat they already keep open. A second, separate bot — your own, bring-your-own-token — will answer a customer's direct message or a group chat as your mate, with the same hand-off to your team; setting that up end to end is being finished.

Nomad Circuits

A faithful Telegram-style preview of your mate, grounded chat, an MCP server over the catalogue and repair bench, WebMCP shop actions, and identified-customer order/repair lookup.

03How to switch it on

  1. Create a bot with Telegram's BotFather and copy its token — one bot for your team's alerts, or a second one just for customers.

  2. Give the platform the bot token and set a webhook secret; Telegram checks that secret on every update it sends, so a forged request never reaches your workspace.

  3. For your team: link your own account with a one-time code, and a teammate gets alerts and can reply in the same thread. A customer-facing bot will let you choose direct messages, group chats, or both.

04What it needs

A Telegram bot token and a webhook secret; a teammate links with a one-time code, a customer-facing bot adds the scope you choose.
